Terms and conditions

Fixed price
The price Peter gives you up front is the price you pay. If the job turns out bigger, for example because there’s rot behind a skirting board, he talks to you first. He never does extra work without your agreement.
Materials
You pay for materials at the price on the receipt from the DIY store or wholesaler, with no mark-up. The receipt comes with the invoice.
Cancelling
Can’t make the agreed time after all? Let us know by the day before at the latest and it costs nothing. If Peter finds nobody home without any notice, we charge a €35 call-out fee.
Payment
You pay by card straight after the job, or within 14 days by invoice.
Guarantee
Our work comes with a 6 month guarantee. If something goes wrong in that time that’s down to Peter, he comes back free of charge. Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Liability
If something gets broken through Peter’s mistake, we’ll put it right. Liability is limited to the invoice amount, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Complaints
Not happy? Email info@willemsen-klusbedrijf.nl within 14 days of the job. Peter will then come round to look at it with you.
