Who we are

Klusbedrijf Willemsen is responsible for processing the personal data described in this privacy statement. You can reach us at info@willemsen-klusbedrijf.nl or at Hazelaarlaan 7, 2627 KX Delft.

What we collect

Only what you give us yourself: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and whatever you write to us.

This website collects nothing automatically. When you use the contact form, your message goes through our own web server straight to our mailbox. We don't use an external form service and the web server doesn't keep a copy.

What we use it for

To get back to you, prepare a quote, schedule the work and send the invoice. We don't sell or share your details, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Quotes and contact details: up to two years after our last contact. Invoices: seven years, because the Dutch tax authorities require it.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking software.

Your rights

You can always ask which details we hold about you, and have them corrected or deleted. Just email info@willemsen-klusbedrijf.nl. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
